Can we talk about this for a minute? This month I parted ways with a client who is been with me for over 10 years. She saw my girls when they were in car seats and cheered me on professionally as my business grew.

The issue - her business just didn't align with the clients I am serving at this time.

The choice - we could have went another year and I could have kept dealing with the outlier - A disturbance of sorts that went against all of the systems we currently have in place.

But instead... We had the hard conversation. I choose to make a change.

The outcome - my client was so understanding. She will welcome in someone new and they will be great. I am staying true to my goals and feel more space now for it.

So if you are on the fence between choosing to keep to the thing that you are afraid of changing. Here is your sign! There are so many amazing things waiting for you on the other side of that roadblock and once it is moved you will wonder why you waiting so long! 💕
